Tools for Exhibitors:
As a confirmed exhibitor, this is your section of the Web site designed to give you easy access to the tools you will need to support your exhibit at APWA's Conference & Expo this May in Schaumburg.
It is important to update your online profile for two reasons. First, this is how attendees and potential attendees can find you on the APWA website. They can search for you by company name, booth number or a key word search of your description. You will also be listed by product category if you choose to add them to your profile. Second, this information will be printed in the on-site directory. If you have any questions or need to edit how your company name is listed, please e-mail apwcinfo@ntpshow.com or call Jenny Kamalian at 703-683-8500 ext. 227.

Click on 'Exhibitor Login' and type in your password to gain access to the Exhibitor console. Here
you can provide details about your products and/or services for potential attendees to search on
and find you even before the show!

In the 'Exhibitor Console' you can preview your listing and make changes to your exhibiting details.
- Click here to access the Viper forms you may need. Merely follow these simple instructions to conveniently and quickly submit your order from anywhere!
- From the www.vipertradeshowonline.com page click “Create an Account” in the top right corner. (This is a one time step. Once you’ve completed this one time you may access your account information for future orders and shows.)
- Fill out the “Required Information Form” and read the “Terms and Conditions”. This portion also requires a show code and booth number. The Show Code for this event is 1005004R.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Choose “Set up your Trade Show” for online ordering or download kit if you would prefer to see the kit in whole and print forms.
- Click “Purchase Items for this Show” on right side of page.
- From here simply click on the various departments, products, quantities and colors you would like.
- Checkout! (Credit Card information via our secure network required for order to be processed)
