The EVS26 online exhibitor services manual (ESM) is now available! Please Click Here and log in using the show code given to your by Hargrove to access the online ESM. The code can be found in the Hargrove email announcing the newly released ESM.

This manual will help you plan ahead for EVS26 and to help make exhibiting as easy and hassle-free as possible! Please read the ESM thoroughly and complete the applicable forms by the deadlines indicated. Try to complete and submit forms and relevant items early to minimize onsite delays and to SAVE MONEY!

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Booth personnel will be furnished with badges that will admit them into the exhibit hall (including all catered functions in the exhibit hall) during exhibit installation, dismantle and show hours, and allow access to conference plenary sessions.  Badges may be picked up at the registration desk on-site.  Any registrations submitted after April 28 should be done on-site at the registration desk.

Exhibitor personnel badge allotment:  Two complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.) exhibit. For each additional contracted 100 sq. ft. you will be allotted one additional complimentary exhibitor personnel badge up to a maximum of 12 complimentary badges. For exhibitors contracting Ride, Drive & Charge space, an additional 2 complimentary exhibitor badges will be allotted. Additional exhibitor personnel badges may be purchased for $40 each up to a maximum of 5 purchased exhibitor badges.

How to register

• Click on the Register Now button above or click here to register.
• Choose the Exhibitor Registration option and enter the first several letters of your company name.
• Once you have chosen your company, enter your EVS26 password (sent with your booth confirmation letter)
• Then continue by entering your exhibit staff names. Don’t forget to sign up for the Gala and the Symposium.
• The registration contact is NOT automatically registered.
