Products for noninvasive assessment of ocular blood flow.
Vasoptic Medical has developed the non-invasive XyCAM Retinal Imager (RI) for visualizing retinal blood flow dynamics without the need for contrast agents. With its high spatiotemporal resolution, the XyCAM RI reveals blood flow pulsations over multiple cardiac cycles in individual blood vessels and custom-defined regions. In addition to clinical use, the XyCAM RI is well-suited for use in clinical research where monitoring ophthalmic blood flow is helpful. The XyCAM RI is currently in clinical trials for its application to diagnostics and management of various ophthalmic and systemic ailments.
