Field Maintenance Command and Control (FMxC2) is the USAFs Logistics C2 system and directly supports USTRANSCOM and 18AF/TACC Global Mobility C2 processes. As the Logistics C2 system for the entire MAF Fleet and migrated CAF units, it provides an enterprise view of critical data (status, location, availability, & capability) needed by global decision makers at USTRANSCOM, AF, ACC, AMC,18AF/TACC, PACAF, USAFE, AETC, AFRC, ANG and Wings (~13300 aircraft and 33K users). System enhancements have continued since its inception with a goal of providing world-class IT support for all aircraft managed in FMxC2. Comprised of an On-line Transactional Processing System (FMxC2), Operational Data Store (ODS) for Global Reach Reporting, and BROKER translational data between FMxC2 and AMC/USTRANSCOM C2 systems (GDSS and GTN). Provide accurate and timely information about the aircraft and critical support equipment status, location, availability, and capability which allows decision-makers to allocate, plan, track, and execute the aircraft for every MAF global mission and migrated CAF unit mission. Provides ability to track weapon systems and components.
