Our forgings are produced on steam driven hammers that range in size from 4,000-lbs. to 18,000-lbs. producing parts that weigh up to 325-lbs. in net weight. Given this full range of capability, we are able to provide a wide variety of forged products in complex shapes and sizes. Our in-house capabilities also include machining, welding, assembly, and testing. Our experienced staff of forging experts will work with you to make sure everything is covered down to the smallest detail. We design and manufacture all of our dies and tooling in house using the latest technologies to shorten manufacturing time and reduce cost.
