Enduralock won the 2022 competition of the SBA (Small Business Office) for National Security and Defense. Enduralock has 4 Air Force Phase II SBIRs: 1. Development of mechanically locking, high vibration resistant fastener in sizes No.4 – No.10 to eliminate the need for safety wire in missiles, aircraft/spacecraft, and satellites and for On-Orbit Servicing, Assembly, and Maintenance (OSAM) of satellites 2. Development of the first mechanically locking, self-aligning nut plate that is magnetically unlocked & provides for high vibration resistance. 3. Development of Enduralock’s mechanically locking, high vibration resistant fasteners and its self-aligning nut plates as component replacements on the B-1, B-2, and KC-135 to improve flight line maintenance times. 4. Development of Enduralock’s products as component replacements on the ground support equipment to improve reliability. Enduralock was also recently awarded a Space Force (Orbital Prime) STTR for development of a multi-contact electrical, mechanical, and fluid/gas connector for assembly on-orbit of satellites from modules and for servicing of satellites including refueling.
