Viking Forge LLC is a precision forger utilizing the latest technologies to advance the science of forging. Our 3-D solid modeling package is the foundation upon which our CNC tool making equipment and CMM inspection systems are based. Material flow simulation, computer aided design and manufacturing, advanced process controls, and our automated inspection system are fully utilized to reduce development cost and lead times for new programs. Viking Forge produces both flashless and near net shape forgings as large as 14" in diameter, ranging from 1-95 pounds, featuring 1-2 mm of clean-up-stock. Typical program volumes suiting our equipment/process range from 5,000 to 500,000 pieces per year. Viking Forge LLC is ISO 9001:2015 certified with complete in-house toolmaking capability.
