The AGMA Foundation is the charitable arm of AGMA. Since its founding in 1994, the AGMA Foundation has provided more than $300,000 in scholarships to students at technical schools, undergraduate and graduate studies with an emphasis on gearing. In addition, the Foundation has provided more than $1 million for projects on research, education development, workforce development, including the popular “Get Into Gears” toolkit, and emerging technology efforts for the gear industry.
