Hydra-Lock Corporation has designed and built custom precision hydraulic work holding devices for over 72 years.
Our work holding products include all types of arbors, chucks, fixtures and part supports. We hold parts for gaging, assembly and machining. We build products for harsh environments: those exposed to the outdoors, EDM tanks, laser welding and an assortment of chemical exposures. We hold any array of shapes. We excel in holding thin walled parts without distorting them. Our products hold on splines: major diameter, minor diameter or pitch diameter.

We build special hydraulic tool holders. Our design uses a replaceable sleeve that allows us to service and repair our tool holders to extend their usable life cycle. We work with customers to design multi-purpose tool holders that can include milling cutters or multiple cartridges with the accuracy of hydraulic clamping.
