Nichiei Company is a micro-molder, specializing in all types of precision gears. We have designed and manufactured many JGMA Grade O/1 gears, including metal/plastic insert molded gears that maintain their tight co-axial tolerances. We work with all the engineering polymers as well as super high-performance plastics, and often make prototype parts prior to full-scale production. Nichiei understands the critical relationship between mold making and micro-molding, and therefore also designs and manufactures our own molds. This insures an integrated approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
